Registrations are NOW OPEN.  Standard rates now (Earlybird closed on 24 March extended from 1 March).

We invite you to join us at APBC 2025 from 4 - 6 June in Fremantle, WA, Australia. 

Below pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes GST.   

Student registration is available for full time undergraduate or postgraduate students. Please upload a copy of your student ID card. 

If you have an approved abstract, we will provide you with a code to access early bird registration fee.

We’re offering 5 x $1000 travel grants to help Students and ECRs to attend APBC 2025 in Perth this June!

To apply, submit your abstract by 8 March 2025 and be selected to present your work to be eligible. Travel grant applications close 19 March.

NextGen Breeders Workshop, 3 June 2025, The University Club of Western Australia, Perth  

The ARC Training Centre in Predictive Breeding and IRTG for Accelerating Crop Genetic Gain will host a NextGen Breeders Workshop on Tuesday 3 June 2025 at The University Club of Western Australia. 

This one-day workshop offers early career researchers and breeders an excellent opportunity to:

  • Connect with fellow plant breeders and researchers from across Australia
  • Learn about cutting-edge predictive breeding technologies from world-leading experts
  • Participate in networking and social activities before APBC 

Applications are open to all, with priority given to early career researchers and breeders affiliated with the ARC Training Centre or IRTG for Accelerating Crop Genetic Gain. 

Important notes:

  • The workshop is designed to complement APBC attendance, and you must be planning to attend APBC to apply
  • Participants are expected to arrange their own travel and accommodation
  • Application deadline: 7 April 2025

ISGME2025 will attract researchers from around the world who are focused on the basic and applied aspects of using endophytic microorganisms, including but not exclusively Epichloë fungi, as promising solutions for sustainable agricultural production, with a focus on both temperate (C3) and tropical grasses (C4) grasses, including pastures and cereals.
